Congrats on making the move on starting up this business. That's awesome. I have a friend who is doing cupcake decorating. She has had the idea of making videos to show how to do it. (Not sure if she's done it yet, though). I don't know if you've already thought of that, but it's an idea. Post a video how-to on YouTube, too, for more publicity. Good luck! I hope it works out for you.
